Marker Alpinist Demo 8 Adjustable Ski Touring Bindings
The Marker Alpinist Demo 8 is an ultra-light Low Tech binding suitable for rental. It has a pre-mounted brake, an adjustment range for sole lengths from 253 to 359 mm and a comfortable ISI toe piece. This is mounted on a weight-optimized sliding plate with a scratch-resistant adjustment scale and can be adjusted without tools by unlocking it with a simple push.
The wide support surface with an integrated stopper allows the shoe to automatically insert itself into the correct position and with the correct orientation. Thanks to the optimized kinematics of the locking lever, even minimal pressure is sufficient to lock the inserts. The Alpinist Demo binding also offers active length compensation when the ski flexes, as well as outstanding power transmission downhill thanks to its 38 mm wide drilling template.
The heel unit with climbing wedges offering 0°, 5° and 9° angles allows quick and easy switching between uphill and downhill modes.
