These warmers are specially designed for shoes. Adhesive, they do not move in the shoes.
- Instructions for use: Open the zip bag and keep it. Open the package of a heater and put it in a pocket to activate it. Once hot, put the heater in the gloves or shoes. You can stop the process by putting the heaters back into the zip bag
- Can be used for 8 to 12 hours
