VOLKL Mantra M5
The Volkl Mantra M5 is optimized to give the best boost to the ski: Thanks to the Titanal Frame technology and its more complex manufacturing process, there will be 0.6mm of Titanal along the straight edges and on the entire tip and tail.
Under the binding, a second, thinner Ttitanal plate gives the ski enough rigidity to hold the binding screws with the durability of a metal ski, which makes this ski a very resistant ski. This plate offers a thickness of 0.3mm and allows for a more flexible skate.
In the spatula, there is a layer of carbon which increases torsional rigidity without adding weight. The Mantra M5 has also been redesigned with a camber under the waist, a tip and tail rocker for a ski with more pop and boost in turns.
