This state-of-the-art all-mountain freeride ski offers a very wide field of use for experienced skiers who love wild curves, both off the piste and on the piste.

Like the new models of the Mantra and Kenja, the Kendo 88 features a revamped geometry and features a 3D Radius Sidecut sidecut offering a one meter shortened turn radius. The three different radii of curvature thus united in one ski produce extremely versatile cornering behaviour.

The bend radius of 16 m at the waist further increases the variability of the radius. This ski will particularly delight lovers of tight turns, cut and negotiated with maximum pressure on the edges. It not only allows you to adopt a particularly sporty and intuitive style of sliding on prepared slopes, but also guarantees the maneuverability necessary to better progress through demanding off-piste slopes.

Its shortened skate radius also allows the skier to produce less effort.

Tailored Technologies – exclusively used by Völkl

The Kendo 88 offers an extremely versatile field of use, in particular thanks to its new Tailored Carbon Tip spatulas. The carbon fibers applied using the Tailored Fiber Placement (TFP) technique provide optimal cornering behavior control. The thickness and arrangement of the fibers determine the level of force and the accumulation of energy necessary, and this, in the precise zones where the need arises.

The great agility offered by the spatula effect is particularly beneficial here. This means that this ski allows you to turn from the start of the turn, with ease and control. It is almost enough to imagine the change of direction, and voila! This design also makes it possible to offer a light ski without losing any stability.

The new Kendo 88 with tip and tail rocker also features the proven multi-layer woodcore combined with a full-length sidewall and P-Tex 2100 coating.
