The Mantra 88 from Volkl is an all-mountain freerider offering great versatility for experienced skiers. With specific geometry and a shortened central radius, it guarantees powerful and intuitive turns on all terrains. Völkl's exclusive technologies, such as the tailor-made Titanal frame and carbon end caps, ensure optimal stability and handling. The ski also incorporates a multi-layer wood core and a P-Tex 2100 base.

Tailor-made technologies - exclusively from Völkl

3D Radius Sidecut: 3 radii of curve on the ski. The curve radius of the tip and tail allows better driving and maneuverability of large turns at high speed. While the shorter radius under the skate favors small turns at medium speed. Less effort, more fluid and guaranteed agility.

Tip & Tail Rocker: Rocker present at the tip and tail. While a skate we find a normal camber.

Multilayer Woodcore: beech and poplar wood core extending over the entire length of the ski. Allowing better power transmission and optimal handling.

Tailored Titanal Frame: The Titanal plate located under the binding is tailor-made, to be integrated into the ski depending on the size. Thus each skier can have the damping and rigidity properties adapted to the size of the ski. The larger sizes have a greater proportion of Titanal and therefore offer increased rigidity, even more direct transmission of support and reinforced cushioning. The shorter ski sizes have a reduced Titanal plate, which makes the ski more agile. Even lightweight skiers will be able to benefit from the full versatility of the ski while expending less effort.

P-Tex 2100 base: High molecular density sintered polyethylene sole, with excellent sliding characteristics and great durability.
