Rossignol is a French winter sports gear brand founded in 1907 by Abel Rossignol.
In 1964, the brand became globally know with the Stratos, the first glass fiber ski. In the 90s', Rossignol launched its first ski boots and then their first snowboard.
Since a few years, Rossignol created a range a ski and city clothing with a neo-retro style.

The brand Salomon started in Annecy when his founder, Georges Salomon open a small workshop of wood saw and ski edges in 1947
In few years the company impose itself as the worldwide leader of the ski bindings. Salomon is now one of the leader in the manufacturing of outdoor gears like Trail running shoes or ski clothing. The brand is well-known like winter sports and an outdoor company.
