Snowuniverse: satisfied or refunded!
If you're not satisfied with a product you've ordered through us, you have 30 days from delivery to return the item for an exchange or refund. You must return the product within this time, accompanied with an exchange or refund request form, available in your ValetMont site account.
Products must be returned new and complete in their original packaging.
In the case of a size exchange of a product, we will resend the package within 5 days. The customer must pay to return any products back to us. We will pay for resending the exchanged product.
Obtaining a refund for a product or order:
Within 14 days of receiving the returned package, we will send you an email and refund the item directly to your bank account. The customer must pay for return shipping costs. In the case of full refund of an order, the shipping fee will be refunded in full. In case of partial repayment of an order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
The periods mentioned above refer to the delivery date of the returned order.
This right of withdrawal is without penalty, except for shipping costs.
Any risk relating to the return of the order is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
It's imperative that the product is returned properly protected in its packaging and in its original condition, with all accessories, instruction manuals and documentation. The product must not have been used, nor have suffered any damage, and it must be in a perfect state of cleanliness. Any product that has been damaged or has damaged original packaging will not be refunded. If the item is returned incomplete or damaged to ValetMont, a discount of its price will be applied according to the assessment made by the after-sales service team.
According to Article L121-20-2 of the French 'code de la consommation' (consumer code), products that require customisation by the ValetMont team (such as skis with bindings holes that are drilled according to the customer's size) can not be returned or exchanged.
