Thanks to its sidecut based on a 3D Radius Sidecut design, this ski offers three different radii of curvature which give it impressive carving performance. A different part of the ski grips the snow depending on the speed and the edge angle, allowing the ski to perfectly negotiate each turn, and to manage the terrain and the transmission of support. The tip and tail rocker optimizes the smoothness of turn initiation and tolerates errors in deep powder or choppy conditions. The radius of curvature in the skate shortened by one meter allows the ski to be steered with significantly less effort. Thanks to the Kenja 88, skiers will be equipped to meet all the challenges of the mountain.

For an optimal adaptation of the gliding properties to all lengths extending from 149 to 170 cm, the Kenja 88 will be equipped this season with Tailored Carbon Tips and a Tailored Titanal Frame. What does that mean ? The Tailored Titanal Frame featured on many models in the Titanal freeride ski range is a further development of the earlier Titanal frame. This design allows the width of the Titanal upper chord to be adapted to the length of the ski. Torsional rigidity and the resulting damping properties can thus be tuned to the specificities of the skier.

Small size skis are made with a smaller portion of Titanal, so even the smallest and lightest of us will be able to get the most out of these skis with minimal effort. The Kenja 88 offers a particularly versatile field of use, thanks in particular to its new Tailored Carbon Tip spatulas. The carbon fibers applied using the Tailored Fiber Placement (TFP) technique provide optimal cornering behavior control.

The thickness and arrangement of the fibers determine the level of force and the accumulation of energy necessary, and this, in the precise zones where the need arises. The great agility offered by the spatula effect is particularly beneficial here. This means that this ski allows you to turn from the start of the turn, with ease and control. You almost have to imagine the change in direction, and you're done! This design also makes it possible to offer a light ski without losing any stability.

The new Kenja 88 with tip and tail rocker also features the proven multi-layer woodcore combined with a full-length sidewall and P-Tex 2100 coating.
